Happy Anniversity Mom and Daddy!

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails....And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

This is a younger picture of my parents I think I was either a baby or really young. My parents if my dad was still alive would be thirty eight years. They met when my mother was the eighth grade, and my dad had graduated high school that May. They met each other on a blind date in November. My mom used to tell me she could not stand my dad on their first date because she confused his sense of humor for cockyness. And my dad said about her that she was so quiet if she said BOO! she would jump into the next town. But they dated, five long years and were head over heals one another. They were married: September 17, 1971 at the home of Bro. Mac Smith with a few close friends. My dad was a wonderful man, he was funny, smart, understandble but stern. My parents were pleased to know to have me and Christie. We were the sparkles of his eye and momma was the smile on his face. It took them fourteen years and four miscarriages later just to have me. Today I took mom out for lunch (supper too filled the both of us up!) at Woods in Camden. Really good food! I know if my dad was still alive he would of done it or they would of went somewhere to eat. I miss my daddy everyday I can not imagine the pain my mom goes through. We (me and mom) were talking today at lunch about how we think daddy should just walk through the door like he went to walmart, or he is in the back taking a nap, and if we are in the back part of the house he should be in living room watching tv or sleeping in his recliner, not gone. I say I look like my dad! So many people agree with me but momma and a few others say me and her (mom) look a lot a like. I will post a picture of me and Christie on the bottom here. Ya'll let me know. I wanted you guys know that today is a specail to me and my family. And, finally show you guys of my handsome daddy and my beautiful momma! Here are me and Christie!

WARNING: Older picture its like two years old but I cant find some recent ones. She has some but I don't. But, I thought I would show you faces with pictures so if I say, "Momma" or "Daddy" or even "Christie" you'll know who I am talking about. Christie looks a little bit different...tanner... and gained soem college weight! I will post some newer ones at a later time. But this is my family. I am glad you decide to read this blog. I love you and Keep SMiling!

You look alot like both of them. I think you have your mom's cheeks (the dimple lines are the same), and your dad's eyes!
